There is legitimate people like myself that can play better on controller than keyboard because health reasons preventing our performance. I never once had a problem doing ground targeting, tab targeting, directional targeting, third person and first person switching. I played Lost Ark, WoW, ESO, FF14 using a controller. I don't play GW2 so i'm not sure what you are asking. Controllers at the best of times are terrible at shooters and require cheating to even land a hit. GW2 even has third person shooter events. How do you do that with a controller? Can you really fight Soo-Won with a controller? What about Overlook strike? What about CM Overlook strike? Where do you draw the line and not dumb down the game for controllers? You have to plan your position, dodge, target points on enemies (sometimes so darn large you can't even see them without zooming out) and use targeted and ground abilities. How do you handle rapid ground targeting? This isn't a tab targeting game. There are no excuses to not have both KB/M and controller support. I played WoW with a controller and had 30+ buttons to press. Ursprünglich geschrieben von Urfrider Poro:People don't realize controllers has many key mapping as keyboard. People don't realize controllers has many key mapping as keyboard. It's not the same, but I would still die a lot if I did that. Then again, I know a person who plays on a laptop with a touchpad. Granted, I've never played anything with a controller as I'm a keyboard and mouse guy, so maybe I just don't understand how it can be done, at all, let alone effectively, say, in competitive modes.
